During Iraq 2006 the listener listens to daily body counts of the Iraq war in 2006. This work is a direct response to the Iraq war. This piece combines several translational music constructs in order to give listeners a new perspective on the death toll in Iraq while addressing issues of the United States media’s reporting of the war.
