David Jensenius is a composer and media artist whose work moves between sound, performance, installation, and public space. Working with collage, phonography, electronics, and custom software, he builds systems that listen back, writing the code that turns obsolete technologies and everyday encounters into sites of chance, intimacy, and emergent dialogue. Through playful transformations of conceptual and material systems, he develops problems worth having, engaging across scales and complexities both human and nonhuman. Jensenius performs and exhibits his work across Canada and internationally.
